Whirlpool Genuine OEM 8201769 Refrigerator Compressor Start Device Kit. This kit includes the relay, overload, and cover. The start relay attaches to the side of the compressor which engages the start and run windings at start up and then it removes the start voltage once the compressor starts. Overload and start relay assembly is only for production installed compressors.
